Hello, amigas! I hope that you were able to try some “Indian Hill” grapefruit juice this week. Some of you might not really enjoy the taste at first. Don’t give up though but rather, give it a few weeks and you will be on the right track!
There were times during my living healthy journey when I wanted a boost. I searched for products that were herbal-based and came across something called, “4.3.2.1.” It’s an “all natural” 10 herb blend. Mixed with with water and taken between balanced meals, this product helps your body remove toxins, burns calories and fats more efficiently and it also energizes you too! This product helped me combat my desire for coffee. I now drink this daily – sometimes adding lemon juice to the mixture.
And, what does “4.3.2.1.” stand for? The “4″ represents the four herbs used to burn calories. The “3″ represents the three herbs used for cleansing. The “2″ represents the herbs used to purify and finally, the “1″ represents the herb used to tone. Take some time to research the herbs listed for yourself though! A great source of information is the local “health food store.”
In conjunction with the 4.3.2.1 diet supplement, don’t forget your water, exercise, and grapefruit juice. The meals you eat should continue to be healthy.
Quick exercise move: Get a chair, stand by putting both hands on the back of the chair and do leg lifts. Do 25 on each leg. Pull the chair away and run in place for 45 seconds. Do this through out the day and see how you feel. Remember, it is not necessarily what you do at the moment but rather, that you remain “doing!”
“Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.” Romans 12:12
Hasta Luego, amigas!
P.S. Pray for my remaining self-controlled as I bake my daughter’s birthday cake today!

I did a google for the 4-3-2-1 and came up with all sorts of things…teas, pills… I’ll have to look into it more. Happy Birthday to you daughter and I don’t think a small piece will hurt a thing. Enjoy and God Bless!
I love the hints and tips I always find here!
