Amigas! I hope all of you had a pretty consistent week! I had, let’s just say, a pretty interesting week – with exercise squeezed in between all the “here and there’s!”
I decided to share with you a few “boosters” that you might be able to use on your journey toward better health.
Booster #1: Try drinking two 8 oz. glasses of “Indian River brand grapefruit juice without preservatives. This juice is 100% pure and natural and it has only 90 calories per serving too. It’s also a great source of vitamin C. I am really serious the benefits of drinking this juice. It has become an important part of my “new” healthy habits. Not only does it boost your diet and metabolism but it helps reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer also.
Note: Indian River now has a new product called “Indian River Select Ultra Slimming Grapefruit Juice.” I haven’t tried it but, if its anything like their other product, then, I am sure it is amazing. You can visit their web site at www.indianriverjuice.com.
I will save more boosting ideas for next week. Remember that changing your thoughts, ideas and feelings about food can improve your eating and exercise habits – and keep you on the track to better health.
Amigas! Enjoy your journey this week!
“Here is what I have seen: It is good and fitting for one to eat and drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labor in which he toils under the sun all the days of his life which God gives him, for it is his heritage.” Ecclesiastes 5:18
ENJOY!
Hasta luego!
P.S. “Don’t forget your hula hoop!”

Thank you for the tip on the Indian River Grapefuit Juice. What makes it better than another brand? Is there a difference?
Interesting, I will have to look for it!
Thanks for the tip!
Blessings
Thanks for the info.
This is my first time to post something about Living Well. I am excited and I hope this will help me stay focused.
Have a great week!
My sister and I have been watching the stores for hula hoops, be we still haven’t seen them come out. Hopefully this is the time of year for it.
Thanks for the boost.
I have tried to get in touch with you since you left the comment on my blog, all to no avail. I would love to correspond with you about your life in S. A.
